The only non-biodegradable element (about 2%) is the hot melt adhesive, ensuring secure placement.

How to Use

How to Use Purpleef Sanitary Pads

Unwrap & Position – Carefully remove the pad from its packaging, peel off the adhesive strip, and stick it firmly to the center of your cotton underwear for better grip and secure placement.

Secure the Wings – If the pad has wings, fold them over the sides of your underwear and press firmly. XL pads have shorter wings to prevent skin friction and discomfort while ensuring a comfort fit.

Stay Comfortable & Dry – Change your pad every 4-6 hours or as needed to maintain freshness and hygiene. Choose the right absorbency based on your flow.

Dispose Properly – Wrap the used pad in the eco-friendly disposal pouch provided, seal it and discard it in a bin. Do not flush.

Soft with best absorbency

The pads offer excellent absorbency, keeping me dry and comfortable for long hours. Even on heavy flow days, they provide reliable protection without leaks.
